Kareena Kapoor Khan is a popular Bollywood actress, born on September 21, 1980, in Bombay, India. Kareena is from a long line of actors, including her father, Randhir Kapoor, her mother, Babita, her sister, Karisma Kapoor, her grandfather, Raj Kapoor, and her great-grandfather Prithviraj Kapoor. Kareena made her film debut in ‘Refugee’ in 2000 and won a Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut.  Her co-star, Abhishek Bachchan, was also making his debut film.  Her breakthrough came in 2001 with Karan Johar’s ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gam’. In 2018, she did ‘Veere Di Wedding), a female buddy film. In 2019, Kareena did a film about surrogacy in ‘Good News’, co-starring Akshay Kumar, Diljit Dosanjh, and Kiara Advani. She was last seen as a London police officer in ‘Angrezi Medium’ (2020). Apart from acting, Kareena has her own clothing line and cosmetics line. Kareena has also given her time to the causes of education and women’s safety. Kareena married actor Saif Ali Khan in 2012.  The couple has two sons, Taimur and Jeh.
