Happy Birthday to Charmy Kaur, an Indian film actress working mostly in the Telugu industry, born on May 17, 1987, in Mumbai.  Charmy is a popular actress in the Telugu industry appearing in more than 50 movies since 2002.  She made her debut at the age of fifteen playing a housewife in ‘Nee Thodu Kavali’. Her break out film was ‘Gowri’ in 2004. Some of Charmy’s well-known hits are:  Mass’ (2004), ‘Anukokunda Oka Roju’ (2005), ‘Lakshmi’ (2006), ‘Pournami’ (2006), ‘Rakhi’ (2006), ‘Mantra’ (2007) Nandi Award for Best Actress, ‘Mangala’ (2011) Nandi Special Jury Award, and ‘Jyothi Lakshmi’ (2015) which she produced herself. She appeared in the Hindi movie ‘Bbuddha…Hoga Terra Baap’ (2011) starring Abhishek Bachchan, and ‘R…Rajkumar’ (2013). Charmy was last seen dancing in a 2015 Tamil film ‘10 Endrathukulla’. She is the co-founder of ‘Puri Connects’ a production company which produced ‘Ismart Shankar’, a Telugu science fiction action film.  Charmy has recently decided to become a full-time film producer.
