Kay Kay Menon, an Indian film actor, was born in Kerala, India on October 2, 1966. Menon worked in the advertising industry after leaving college, then he started working in theatre and television. He made his film debut in ‘Naseem’ (1995) and is now known as one of the best character actors in India.  Some of his better-known movies are: ‘Black Friday’ (2004), ‘Sarkar’ (2005), ‘Life in a …Metro’ (2007), ‘Gulaal’ (2009), ‘Haider’ (2014) for which he won a Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor, and ‘Baby’ (2015).  He was seen as the hard-nosed captain of an Indian submarine in ‘the Ghazi Attack’ (2017) and as Assistant Chief of Police in the thriller ‘Vodka Diaries’ (2018). In 2020, he starred as deceptively mild-mannered agent Himmat Singh, who lead a team of agents looking for a terrorist, a personal favorite web series. Season 1.5 of ‘Special Ops 1.5: The Himmat Story’ was a well-received prequel released in 2021, where Kay Kay played the younger version of Himmat Singh. He is currently starring in ‘Bambai Meri Jaan’, a crime thriller web series on Amazon Prime Video.
