Happy Birthday to Allu Arjun, popular Telugu actor, born on April 8, 1983, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Allu comes from a filmy family. His father was film producer Allu Aravind and his paternal aunt is married to Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan is his cousin, and Pawan Kaylin is his uncle. He was a child actor in the film ’Vijetha’ (1985) and ‘Swati Mutyam’ (1986), making his adult debut in ‘Gangotri’ (2003), a romantic drama. Having made over twenty films, Allu has won five Filmfare Awards for his acting: ‘Parugu’ (2008), romantic action; ‘Vedam’ (2010), an up-and-coming Rockstar; ‘Race Gurram’ (2014), the family’s black sheep; ‘Rudhramadevi’ (2015), a historical epic; and ‘Sarrainodu (2016), masala action. Allu was a soldier with an anger problem in ‘Naa Peru Surya, Naa Illu India’ (2018).  His latest movie was released before covid hit, ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’ became the highest-grossing Telugu film of 2020. Allu, who is well- known for his dancing ability, has been married since 2011 and has a son and a daughter. His next release will be ‘Pushpa’. Allu will play a rustic sandlewood smuggler.
