Happy Birthday to Amit Sadh, Indian television, and film actor, born on June 5, 1979, in Delhi, India.  Amit started his career as a successful television star. Amit made his film debut in ‘Phoonk 2’, a 2010 horror film sequel. His breakthrough film was 2013’s critically acclaimed “Kai Po Che!”.  Amit played the role of a conflicted friend, a priest’s son, and a budding politician who meets with tragedy.  ’Guddu Rangeela’, a kidnapping comedy-drama co-starring Arshad Warsi and Rohit Roy, was released in 2015. In 2016, Amit appeared in Salman Khan’s blockbuster “Sultan”, as the owner a private mixed martial arts league. In 2017, Amit starred in ‘Running Shaadi’, a romantic comedy, co-starring Taapsee Pannu, ‘Sarkar 3’, a political crime thriller starring Amitabh Bachchan, and ‘Raag Desh’, a historical drama about an Indian National Army court martial. In 2018, Amit appeared in ‘Gold’ as an Indian field hockey player in the 1948 Olympics. He was also cast as an alcoholic police officer opposite R. Madhavan in ‘Breathe’, an Amazon web series. In 2019, Amit was cast as a reporter in ‘Super 30’. He is currently starring in three films for Zee5 Original Films: ‘Barot House’, as the head of an upper middle-class Indian family involved in murder, and ‘Operation Parindey’, as a Special Task Force officer trying to prevent a terror attack, and ‘Yaara’, about a reunion of a former criminal gang.
